hello!

Hello... Good Morning! Just wanted to check in and share my excitement about music.. lol although I am always excited about it, I have been in the studio working super hard till the wee hours of the morning almost everynight! I am still working on my group project Soopahero, but i am also working on a very exciting solo high energy yet sexy hip hop-pop project as well. Its exciting how inspired i have been getting by all this new music i have been hearing around. I love the new usher, and the new Kelis album about to drop, and being from the westcoast extremely excited for Dre to drop Detox.... I cant wait to share more about my project that we are putting together and I hope to have new music coming soon to share.

Just wanted to check in with everyone! I am getting through all the this unnecessary drama that consumed my life for the past 2 weeks and moving on... Unfortunately i am a disappointed that in life there are so many "firsts" and one of mine was taken from me. I feel almost as if my first word, or first step, or first kiss, was done for me instead of me doing it myself. You only get to make one first impression on the world and media as an artist, and i feel like mine was taken from me. I would've loved for my first impression to be to the world, of hearing a dope song with an outrageous video to boot! But instead i got caught in a dumb media blitz for no reason an unfortunately my first impression is now tarnished and negative. I do hope that i have done the right thing this far and the public will soon forgive and forget and notice me for the music i want to share with everyone. So in doing so i must give thanks to everyone by my side who is pushing me to quickly move forward and give the world something new to know me by! Thank you to my friends, my family, my twitter peeps holding me down, everyone in the industry that offers a helping hand, and everyone who doesn't even know me and is willing to give me a chance and listen with an open ear. You all know who you are and you all get me through my day. I promise what is yet to come will be supercadifragilissicexbealadocious dope!!!!! love you all....

As we all know, i have recently been the object of attack in the media. It would be naive to ignore the elephant in the room, so i have chose to talk about it and do my best to inform people about the truth of the matter. The fact that Reggie and i are only friends and the whole picture with a fabricated story is old news, I hope we all understand that EVERYTHING was untrue. Rather than go over the whole story we are bored of I choose to blog about the harsh reality of the media. I understand that we need the media as entertainers to keep our careers alive, however i do things are taken to far. I am not a public figure so invading my privacy is unfair at this point. I am confused at the "damned if you do damned if you don't" mentality of the social media. People say they are tired of the alleged mistresses coming forward and selling these men out for money, yet when i come forward to clear all names connected with this situation and not lie and sell people out i am ridiculed as well. With all these women who people say they are sick and tired with selling books, videos, ect, I am still put in that category. If we don't praise women for doing the right thing, why should they stop doing what they're doing. We need to stop being contradictory. I accepted no money offered to me for a story and instead gave a interview loud and clear to set the record straight. What is acceptable to try to clear your name these days? I guess its all about relationships with the media, and what u can do for them in order for them to put you "in a good light". If you don't have that, or you go against someone who does your screwed. I really ONLY want to be known for my talent once the smoke has cleared, not some scandal. This is the message i tried to convey to the press. Its hard enough to make it in the music world without all of these people attacking my character. Music is my life and i will not give up, I'm sure soon people will see that and only that.. thanks for listening xoxo,
